We got our chicks! 2 Rhode Island Reds, and a Plymouth Barred Rock. We got them today and now they're nice and cozy in thier new home. The kids love them, and keep trying to share thier toys with them...Here's our 3 little ladies.
the preschooler thought he needed to take some photos of them as well.
They are really sweet and so the journey begins!
ps...Nate K...here's some motivation to check Traci's email. I got some nice shots of her at the shower, and they're in her email!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY!!!! :O)
Very fun! You guys will love it. It gets a little crazy about weeks 5 and 6 when you want them to go outside, but it will come soon enough. Just get started on that tractor so you have a place to put them. Congrats!
I knew you'd love them! Well, if you ever start getting too many eggs, I'll come over with my little egg basket and take them off your hands any time ;o)
2 1/2 more months till we are home!...
Now you guys just need some goats!
what cute chicks! What a fun thing to do as a family - pets are great!
